(More customer reviews)I purchased this toaster online. It was not designed well. A normal sized slice of bread sticks out the top and therefore does not toast the bread evenly. I lived with this for about 6 months, and then it stopped working altogether. I am a repairman, so I was able to temporarily fix the toaster by cleaning some contacts on one of the relays, but the problem came back due to cheap components. Not a good buy!
