(More customer reviews)Unlike the other reviewers, I didn't have a problem with eggs sticking. A spritz of spray oil, run a table knife around the rim when the eggs are done, and they plop out easily. But unless you like your poached eggs cooked hard (yuck!), good luck getting three intact eggs onto three different plates. Individual trays is the only way to cook multiple trays.
Be warned that the eggs cups are small and will only fit "medium" grade eggs. Large eggs will overflow the cups, making a huge mess.
