(More customer reviews)I bought this replacement toaster after spending big bucks on a Cuisinart that never got toast like we wanted it. This little baby creates wonderfully crunchy toast to perfection, stays cool on the outside sides, (but not the top--be careful), and has handy buttons for toasting bagels or frozen bread and also a cancel button. My only quibble would be that it doesn't really put the toast up high enough past the hot top-so I just use my bamboo toast tongs.
