(More customer reviews)It makes good omelets, but it is really great for stuffed pies. Did you notice there are two versions of the GFOM1, the ASIN BOOOJTWMSA and BOOOFYXLFW. From the descriptions I read list the only difference being: this model ,BOOOJTWMSA, is about 3 lbs heavier. I am no chef, but I would think that the a heavier pan would be better for baking, So that makes these pans better for my calzones, and individual pies.
