I ordered this along with the candied ginger and pistacho, although that flavor was nice also, I did enjoy this one more. Packaging simple and appealing. Service was excellent, Ms. Das inculded a coupon for 10 percent off any future purchases that was signed by her also, along with samples of a couple other caramel flavors, a nice touch indeed. Shipping speed was impressive also. Great service and product. I also recommend most of their gourmet salt products too, please do give them a try if you enjoy such a thing.

The Dark Chocolate - Toasted Walnut Caramel does not stop with chocolate and walnut. We added a hint of ancho chili to give the caramel a slight smoky flavor which enhances the roasted walnut flavor. When we added paprika to the recipe, it deepened the rich brown color from the dark chocolate and adds shine. To top it all the Fleur de Sel works a subtle magic on caramel, deepening and brightening all the flavors. Our Caramels are made 100% natural and Organic ingredients - no preservatives or added flavors. We try to procure our ingredients as locally as possible. 4oz box contains 14 - 17 pieces
