(More customer reviews)Maybe it was because I was anticipating an organic, healthy, hearty mushroom soup without all the garbage that other soups have, but I did not find this soup to be that great!! To me, it was ~80 water with the remaining ~20% being creamy salt with a few pieces of rubbery mushrooms added. And there was not much flavor either. Now I love soups but unless I buy condensed soup and add too much water myself, I usually find mushroom soups to be thick and delicious. It's an OK soup but for the price, I will probably NOT be buying it again. It's wonderful that this company is 100% organic with absolutely no MSG or pesticides but at 1,140 mg of salt, albeit sea salt, per can, it appears to me that they are masking the delightful flavorings of the mushrooms.......WHY?
