Among her recommendations was that I switch my afternoon snack from cookies, etc., to something healthier, and she recommended almonds. Well, that didn't sound too bad, I love almonds!
I know and trust Emerald Nuts, and decided to try their natural almonds. I am not quite sure what they mean by "natural," but I am heartened to see that the ingredients list says only "almonds." The almonds take me back to my childhood, because they taste just like the unshelled almonds that my father would get from the grocery store at Christmas time - rich and meaty, but not salty or spicy. If you like the taste of simple, unadulterated almonds, as I do, then you will like these nuts. They are great!
