(More customer reviews)My friend ordered this and served this @ her BBQ this past weekend. I LOVE this carrot cake. It is one of the best I have tried. Very moist, loved the shredded carrots and walnuts, i think there was even a hint of pineapple in it as well.. I ate it too fast to investigate i guess. But it was a totally awesome cake very cute as well. My friend got a lot of thank-yous for this. I asked where she got it and she told me Amazon, and that it was the a Yahoo cake. I told her she should write a review so other people would know how delicious it is. She is not to "computer friendly" so i thought i would. I also really enjoyed this cake. Keep up the good work Yahoo!!

This is one great carrot cake! Made with fresh shredded carrots, sweet and juicy pineapple, sweet flake coconut, natural raisins and crunchy walnuts -- all baked to perfection in a cinnamon spiced batter.Stacked in 3 layers with gobs of fresh cream cheese icing between each layer and all around top and sides.Surrounded by chopped cinnamon cookie crumbs for the finishing touch.
