(More customer reviews)There is no way that this oven can hold heat properly, as the back of it is just a thin sheet of metal. There are double walls on the sides and top, but the bottom is another thin sheet of steel with a drip tray above. The timer shuts off at the 5-7 minute mark without chiming, so the appliance cuts off without warning - clearly a defect. If you don't use the timer, turn the oven on, and give the oven time to heat up, then it will cook a piece of frozen pizza in the normal time. The convection fan doesn't seem to do anything.
