(More customer reviews)I have to say, I was a bit dismayed by some of the other reviews I read, but those seem to be folly (or older models). The fan for the convection could be a little more substantial, but it does what it says, and has simple dials instead of any digital controls. I work with computers all day, and still don't see the mix between digital things and heat. It does not have a single toast option, but that's the case with most EuroProX ovens. Don't be fooled; this isn't huge has room for my largest casserole dish without an issue! It's "just enough" larger than most other countertop ovens! Bakes, heats well, to the point that I don't use the big wall oven unless necessary. Pick the maximum time for most directions when heating pizzas and things, and you will be ok. The porcelain bake pan is a nice include, but I'd wish they had two wire racks included, since it's big enough for two at once. Nice stainless finish looks very simple and classy and matches the rest of our appliances.
