Bertagni pasta - all of them, and I mean ALL of them - are THE BEST pasta's around. No sauce needed, in fact, it's better without. All you do is cook the pasta per package directions, strain, toss with a pat of butter - and voila! DELICIOUS. I've got some friends who are into throwing meticulous dinner parties - I told them about this pasta, and how it would be a easy and fantastic side dish . . . only problem, as they discovered, it's always better than the main course.
When Bloom first opened, they carried this brand but have since stopped - I wish they'd start again so it would be easy to get!
